Sunshine McCarthy will be conducting a one-day PDP (Professional Development Program) course following the NBAA Maintenance Conference on Friday, May 8th in Portland, Oregon. The course is entitled "SMS - From the Top Down." This course is excellent not just for managers, but also for professional development of all team members.
