If you wish to voluntarily share relevant safety information with the FAA's Aviation Safety Information Analysis and Sharing (ASIAS) program, you can do so using your Baldwin data. Baldwin will compile and transmit the approved, deidentified data on your behalf for further analysis.

Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) / Flight Data Monitoring aka Management (FDM) / Helicopter Flight Data Monitoring (HFDM), are all comprehensive programs for collecting, analyzing, and monitoring recorded flight data. Historically FOQA has been a statistical sampling of an organization’s fleet. The intent is to improve safety by highlighting training weaknesses or operational challenges at a very high level.
Although the primary goal of data collection is to improve safety, many have found cost savings by using the data for maintenance applications and improving pilot technique.
