Baldwin Safety & Compliance, Inc. was established in 2004 with a core belief that smaller flight departments should have access to the same level of resources, programs, services, and safety management as larger multinational counterparts.

We achieved this by developing a flexible, proprietary software solution that enables our clients to benefit from a comprehensive, scalable, and easy-to-use safety management program seamlessly integrated with related business systems. Baldwin is able to provide a comprehensive safety program for any size operation.

Founded by Don and Nancy Baldwin, the company continues to uphold their legacy of enhancing safety standards across the industry following their retirement in May 2024.

Our staff has experience as NBAA Board members/Chairman, committee members of IHST, NBAA Safety, Schedulers & Dispatch, HAI Safety and numerous Advisory Boards such as Embraer, NetJets, and Signature Flight Support. The Baldwin team is structured like a large Fortune 500 flight department bringing extensive operations experience to their clients.
